<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Personal Data</strong></h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">To use the online booking service, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email. To register an order, it is also necessary to store information about the rental time and what type of equipment has been reserved/ordered. There is an age limit of 18 years for using the service, so you must also provide your year of birth. When using the service, your order history will be stored. This personal data is used to deliver the service to you. This personal data is retained as long as you are registered as a user with us. The personal data we have recorded is accessible and can be changed on your page, which you will find in the online booking service after logging in. You can also contact us and request that we delete your personal data or unregister you from our systems. You will no longer be able to use the service unless you register again.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Personal Data to Third Parties</strong></h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Stvdio will not sell, trade, or share your personal data. The online booking is handled in a system provided by STVDIO AS.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Payment Information</strong></h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">When you place an order, your card information is stored with the payment provider DIBS to fulfill your order. DIBS stores the information securely and responsibly and is PCI-certified. This allows us to handle order changes, cancellation of reservations such as deposits, refunds, additional costs incurred by the user (for late returns, damage, or similar), as well as reduce misuse and loss. Transaction information related to your order will be stored, but not the card details. Transaction information will be retained as long as you are registered as a user of the service, in accordance with the section on personal data.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Use of Collected Information</strong></h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The personal data collected for these purposes includes both information you provide (name, email address, etc.) and information collected through your use of the service, such as what equipment you rent and information about your location and technical information about your device and internet connection. The personal data may be supplemented with available information from third-party actors.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Cookies</strong></h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">When you visit our service, we use various technologies to recognize you as a user and collect data. <h1 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><span style="font-size: 32px;"><strong>Terms of Use for the Service</strong></span></h1>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">STVDIO AS, Fossumveien 70, 1359 Oslo, VAT.NO 934 231 309, operates a rental service where businesses and consumers can rent equipment and/or studio space by ordering online and picking up and returning the equipment at the company's address. The service also includes a membership offer for those who need equipment more frequently, providing additional benefits.</p>
<h2><strong>1 General</strong></h2>
<p>These terms apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from <a href="http://www.stvdio.no">www.stvdio.no</a> to businesses and consumers. These terms, along with your order, form a comprehensive agreement for the purchase.</p>

<h2><strong>2 Definition of Parties</strong></h2>
<p>The lessor or seller is Stvdio AS and will hereinafter be referred to as we, us, the lessor, or STVDIO.<br />The renter is the person specified as the renter or buyer in the order, and will hereinafter be referred to as the renter, customer, you, your, or yours. Rental objects refer to tools, equipment, machines, and everything else rented out at bedriftsnavn.no.<br />Delivery form/service points refer to pickup or return at a store, kiosk, or home delivery.</p>
<h2><strong>3 Payment, Deposit, and Prices</strong></h2>
<p>Payment is made via Visa or Mastercard online through our payment provider DIBS, which meets the highest security standards. The renter pays upon ordering, at which point the rental agreement is considered concluded.<br />Stvdio follows standard rental practices and also reserves a deposit amount as specified on the order receipt at the time of booking. The reservation secures the company in case the customer returns the tools late, damages the tools, or does not return them at all. The size of the deposit varies depending on the equipment rented and is stated in your order confirmation. Stvdio has the right to use the deposit to cover rental fees and any other costs mentioned above and/or any claims for damages as referenced in point 5 below.<br />All prices include value-added tax unless otherwise specified. The total cost of the purchase will be presented before ordering and will include all expenses associated with the rental or purchase. If there have been significant pricing errors from Stvdio's side on the website, Stvdio reserves the right to unilaterally change, delete, or reject orders even after the customer has received order confirmation or similar. Such errors must, however, be corrected, and the customer informed within a reasonable time after the error has been discovered.</p>
<h2><strong>4 Condition of Rental Objects</strong></h2>
<p>Stvdio commits to delivering rental objects of high quality in operational condition. Stvdio has its own routines for checking and maintaining rental objects before and after rental.<br />You are responsible for all damages or losses to the equipment during the rental period. Exemption from liability may occur if the damage or loss is due to technical faults or defects. The renter is therefore obliged to check the rental object before use and contact Stvdio if the rental object is not in the expected condition.</p>
<h2><strong>5 Damages</strong></h2>
<p>Any damages, technical faults, or accidents that occur during the rental period must be reported to Stvdio immediately. We will do our best to assist the renter. Damages should be reported to post@stvdio.no immediately. This also applies in the case of theft.<br />If damages occur due to improper use, intent, or negligence, Stvdio may use the reserved deposit to cover the costs associated with repair, service, or replacement of the equipment if necessary. This also applies if the equipment is returned in poor condition or excessively dirty.<br />We always strive to provide the best advice and tips for using the rental object, but we are not responsible for performance or for any direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the rental object, delays, or defects in the rental object.</p>
<h2>6 Use of Rental Objects</h2>
<p>Use of rental objects occurs at your own risk. The person using the equipment must be over 18 years old.<br />The renter is responsible for ensuring that equipment and accessories are used in such a way that they are not damaged or unduly soiled. Proper and safe use of the equipment is the renter's responsibility. The lessor facilitates proper use of the equipment by providing user manuals, instructions, and safety procedures along with the tools and/or on the lessor's website. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the lessor's usage and safety routines before using the equipment.<br />We recommend the use of protective gear. You must also follow the equipment's user manual and any other instructions from Stvdio.</p>
<h2><strong>7 Accessories</strong></h2>
<p>Accessories must, as a general rule, be purchased or rented separately when ordering equipment and selected according to the task the renter wishes to perform on the website. The website also describes what is included in the delivery of the rental object.</p>
<h2><strong>8 Renter&rsquo;s Rights and Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<p>The renter must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate customer details when creating a user account to order and rent at stvdio.no. Stvdio sends messages to the specified email, address, and phone number, and such messages are considered received and valid upon dispatch from us.<br />The user account is personal, and if you suspect that others have access to your account, you must notify STVDIO immediately. Stvdio has the right to freely reject, terminate, or suspend the user account without notice or liability, including if the terms are deemed violated.<br />Furthermore, these rental terms must be accepted before ordering on the website.<br />The renter must return the rental object before the agreed date and time expires and in the agreed manner. The renter is expected to keep updated on the service point's normal opening hours.<br />The renter or cardholder grants Stvdio authority to create credit card instructions for, among other things, rental objects that are not returned, are excessively dirty, or are damaged. The granted authority also includes the authorization to charge the payment card for additional rental/reimbursement claims if the rental object is returned after the expiration of the agreed rental period or is returned with errors or defects.<br />Delay in returning equipment exceeding 1 (one) hour beyond the agreed rental period gives the lessor the right to charge an extra day's rental plus an additional fee of 300 NOK, covering the extra expenses Stvdio incurs due to late return. If the rental object is not returned after one day, STVDIO has the right to be compensated for the agreed daily price as long as the equipment is still in use and has not been returned by the renter.</p>
<h2><strong>9 Order Changes</strong></h2>
<p>To change an order, STVDIO must be contacted. Changes will not be valid until confirmed in writing by us. This is to ensure that the rental objects are actually available. Unless otherwise agreed and confirmed, the rental object must be returned at the agreed time. The rental period can be extended before the start of the rental period and/or during the rental period by changing the rental start or end date.<br />Changes and cancellations of rental objects that affect the availability of the rental objects for other users may be subject to a change fee to cover the costs of rebooking. The current change fee is 300 NOK. All costs will be disclosed to the renter before order placement or order change.</p>
<h2>10 Delivery and Return</h2>
<p>Delivery and return occur in the manner, at the place, and at the time specified in the order confirmation. You will also find this under your account page. We are responsible for the products until they are taken over by you, which means when you have received the products into your possession. To pick up the rental object, you must have your booking reference. The name you provide for the reservation must match the name on the ID card upon pickup.<br />If the delivery of the rental objects is delayed, we will inform you as soon as we are aware of it, along with information about when delivery can occur, or whether the product(s) are sold out or the rental object(s) are unavailable.<br />You are responsible for the product until it is returned to us or our service points.<br />We check the rental objects' condition and functionality and ensure that all parts are present when they arrive at our warehouse. Upon complete delivery in contractual condition, the reservation for the deposit on the payment card is released.</p>
<h2><strong>11 Membership</strong></h2>
<p>Membership grants you rights to price reductions and other member benefits. Both individuals and businesses can be members, but the person registered is legally responsible and a party to the agreement.<br />Membership is automatically renewed until terminated by the renter. It can be terminated on the account page by stopping the subscription. The membership will then run until the current period expires and will be terminated thereafter.</p>
<h2><strong>12 Intellectual Property Rights</strong></h2>
<p>The content and service are protected by copyright law. The image materials stored on the site have been obtained with permission from the rights holders. Videos on YouTube are links to third-party services beyond Stvdio's control.</p>
<h2><strong>13 Privacy</strong></h2>
<p>Stvdio processes your personal information in a secure data register to fulfill its obligations and protect its rights under the rental agreement. The personal data processed includes name, address, phone number, email address, and order history. This history will remain stored for accounting and other obligations. All stored information is accessible under "My Account." The renter has the right to have their personal data removed from the lessor's systems, which can be done by personally contacting Stvdio.<br />Your payment card will be stored as long as you have an active order. The storage of the payment card is done by our payment provider DIBS. They store the information securely and responsibly. Storing the payment card makes it even easier when you shop. You can delete payment cards from your account page. Stvdio does not store any credit card details.<br />Stvdio uses cookies, like most other online stores. Cookies store data in your browser so that the website can recognize you from page to page and visit to visit. We can then recognize who you are so that you can receive the correct prices and easier login. We also collect usage information to improve the quality of the service.<br />You will find more detailed information about our practices related to privacy by going to the submenu on the help page. <h2><strong>14 Governing Law</strong></h2>
<p><br />These terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law. The agreed venue is Oslo District Court.</p>
<h2><strong>15 Changes</strong></h2>
<p>Stvdio reserves the right to change or replace these terms at any time. The current terms are always available at stvdio.no. If Stvdio deems the changes to the terms to be significant concerning the renter's rights or obligations, the changes will be made available on stvdio.no 30 days before they take effect.<br />By using the service after the changes to the terms have been made available on stvdio.no, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may not use Stvdio.</p>
